Michael Clapperton

Michael has held a variety of senior IT and Business roles in organizations as small as a start-up to Fortune 100 companies.
His latest role was at George Little Management as CIO where he revamped the entire IT hardware and software infrastructure, streamlined IT support processes and cut IT spending without cutting services.
As a senior IT leader at Staples Corporate and Cadence Design Systems, he was responsible for:
- IT Service Desk Operations
- IT Automation Center
- Continual Service Improvement
- Data Center Operations
- Financial Systems
- Database Support
- Corporate Messaging
- Server Operations
Additionally as the Managing Director for a successful start-up, Michael was responsible for formation of the company, sales, finance and IT.
Michael has an MBA from Santa Clara University in Management & Marketing, he’s a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (DMAIC & DFSS), a Master Black Belt Candidate, and has completed an executive education program in BPM from the University of San Francisco and Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management from MIT Sloan School of Management.
KAREN COLLINS

Karen has held a variety of senior IT and Business roles in organizations and is currently Vice President of IT at State Street in Boston MA.
Karen manages the Client Technology Integration (CTI) development teams providing consulting and technology solutions to both clients and business areas and performs relationship management for some high profile clients.
Prior to moving to CTI, she managed a team of developers working in the Wealth Management space – a newer division of State Street. Providing a technical outsourcing service to WM Investment Managers and Advisors.
Initially employed by State Street Global Advisors, charged with building out a new model/platform for delivering custom Client Statements
